JUANJO ART TATTOO

Realism tattoo artist

Since I was young, art has always been present in my life. My passion for drawing became a form of expression, but it was when I discovered the world of tattooing that I knew I had found my true calling.

Tattooing is more than just art for me; it is a way to connect with the stories and emotions of those who trust my work. I began my training in a self-taught manner, learning techniques and perfecting my style through years of practice. My first tattoos were humble experiments on the skin of my friends, but I soon realized that I had something unique to offer.

My style is based on realism with touches of surrealism, aiming to capture not only the image but also the emotions that surround it. Over the years, I have experimented with different techniques and colors, always striving to give each tattoo a unique personality. My goal is to create something that is not only visually impressive but also holds deep meaning for the client. Tattooing is a way to tell stories, and I feel honored to be part of that process.

For me, what is truly special about a tattoo lies in how it evolves over time, especially when seeing how it heals. Tattoos gain a new life as the skin heals. The perfect balance between the gray tones, the softness, and the depth they acquire after healing is what truly gives character and vitality to the design. It is fascinating to see how those grays settle, creating a unique atmosphere that cannot be achieved with bright colors.

Nowadays, my goal is to take tattooing to a level beyond what is traditionally expected. I am focused on creating pieces that are not only visually striking but also tell a deep and personal story. My challenge now is to ensure that, through the skin, I can convey emotions and memories in such a powerful way that each tattoo becomes a visual chapter of a much larger story.
